Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. When a parcel is shipped, the tracking number will be sent out at about 11pm GMT on the same day. If you have not received your tracking number, it is worth looking to see if it has ended up in your trash folder.
We send orders across to the warehouse in the morning. These will normally ship the same day, although during the current pandemic, things can take a bit longer. Orders that arrive later in the day are sent across on the following working day.
