I would have rated this Fair (between Good and Poor) if that had been an option. When it works, it's a very neat conversation piece for a nice low price. But the English instructions that came with the product were missing some key steps (I would have damaged the product if I'd tried to follow those instructions; fortunately I was able to make it work by using Google Translate to convert the German instructions I found online). And the product apparently sinks if left in water ove.
