I am sorry that this order was not delivered. There was some mix up with a missing invoice - our warehouse sends an electronic and a paper version and it seems the paper version got lost somehow.
I will organise a replacement order to be sent as soon as possible.

Quality through and through from the packaging to the end product. A small amount of glue was needed to ensure a couple of parts were secure but that could have been due to an overly enthusiastic 9 year old building it, it took him about 6 hours to complete. The instructions are good if a little confusing at times. Fantastic price and the end product is worthy of shelf space in any house.
