If you are ordering goods from the Grand Illusions Toyshop, we ship to most countries in the world.
We will normally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, and often quicker than that. We will send goods within the UK by First Class Post, or by Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be able to choose which service you require at the checkout. Overseas packages go by Air Mail or International Signed For service. Large orders are sometimes sent by courier at our expense. If you wish to have a smaller order sent by courier in order to get it more quickly, we can do this, but you will need to pay the courier charge.
We quote prices in UK pounds. We also quote a dollar equivalent, but please bear in mind that this is a guide only, as your credit card company may use a slightly different exchange rate. Go here for a useful currency converter.
If we show an item in the Toyshop, that normally means it is in stock, unless we say otherwise. However please bear in mind that some items are only available in small quantities. We will always keep you informed of the status of your order.
We have tried to describe all the items that we sell as accurately as possible. If you need more information, please e-mail us and we will try to help. If you pay by credit card, we will not debit your card before the goods have been dispatched. And if you are unhappy with the goods, for any reason, you can return them to us and we will refund your money.
