I often wondered when I cursed,

This short poem was written by Lewis Carroll, the famous author who also wrote Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Lewis Carroll was his pen name - his real name was Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, and he spent most of his life as a lecturer in mathematics at Oxford University.
