| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We use your e-mail address in order to send you confirmation that we have received your order, and also to tell you when your order has been despatched. We do occasionally send e-mails to customers informing them of new items in the toy shop and special promotions. If you do not want to receive these e-mails, please tick the box that says 'keep my details private' when you are ordering. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. The exact price that we will charge you is shown in pounds sterling. For your convenience, if you are shopping from the USA, we also show the prices in US dollars, however the dollar price is not exact, as the exchange rate fluctuates every day. Also, the rate used by your credit card to change from pounds to dollars may also vary slightly from card to card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, JCB, Electron and Solo Cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet, via the SagePay secure server. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule Goods to the UK are normally send by First Class Post, unless the customer specifies Royal Mail Special Delivery. International Orders are either sent by Air Mail or International Signed For - a form of Air Mail that includes priority handling and Recorded Delivery - a signature is required on delivery. By special arrangement, we can send goods by courier. |

| Credit Card Security Credit Card payments are handled by SagePay, who are fully approved as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You will enter your address details on the Grand Illusions web site, but when it comes to the payment, you will be transferred to the SagePay secure server in order to complete the payment details.
