If you are ordering goods from the Grand Illusions Toyshop, we ship to most countries in the world.

We will normally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, and often quicker than that.


This is the way the software works. I guess the team that wrote the software hoped that you might go on to buy something else! Towards the top of the page, just below where it says 'Shopping Bag' is a link called VIEW CART. If you click this link, you will go to the cart and you will stay there! If you discover that you have accidenally ordered the wrong number of an item, you can change the numer manually, but you then need to click the REFRESH button.

When you place an order with us, you will get an immediate acknowledgement by e-mail. If this does not arrive, please check that you have supplied us with the correct e-mail address. Please also check this confirmation e-mail to make sure that we have the correct delivery address.

We will send goods within the UK by First Class Post, or by Royal Mail Special Delivery, if you ask us to. You will be able to choose which service you require at the checkout.

The post is collected from our offices at 3pm UK time. Normally, orders received by 2pm will be sent the same day.

If you wish to have your order sent by courier in order to get it more quickly, we can do this, but you will need to pay the courier charge.

The Royal Mail aim to deliver to European destinations within 3 working days, and worldwide destinations within 5 working days. Please note that regular Air Mail does not have a tracking number. If you require this, please use the International Signed For service.

We quote prices in UK pounds, and this is the price you will be charged. We also offer you an indicative price in a choice of alternative currencies. Please note that although exchange rates are checked regularly, the alternative currency prices are a close approximation to the price you will pay, but they cannot be exact. Different credit cards have slightly different exchange rates and charges.

If we show an item in the Toyshop, that normally means it is in stock, unless we say otherwise. However please bear in mind that some items are only available in small quantities. We will always keep you informed of the status of your order.

We have tried to describe all the items that we sell as accurately as possible. If you need more information, please e-mail us and we will try to help. And if you are unhappy with the goods, for any reason, you can return them to us and we will refund your money.
