Side Knock Pen

A slightly strange name for this pen, but then it is quite a strange pen! This biro has a matt chrome finish, and everything about it says quality, including the manufacturer, which is Rotring. So you are really not prepared for any tricks!

The only problem is that there is no obvious way to make the writing nib appear. The answer is extremely counter-intuitive. You bend the pen in the middle (by about 15 degrees) and the nib appears. Bend the pen again, and the nib retracts. Few people will spot this since it is a 'given' that pens and pencils do not bend in the middle. At the same time, this is a high quality executive present, in a smart presentation case. The case, which is in grey card, is also badged Rotring.

Replacement ink cartridges can be obtained through normal stationary shops.
