We don't normally sell cards, unless they have something special about them. But we think these 'Pop-Up Snow Globe cards' are really great. They won a '2005 Best New Product' at the National Stationery Show in New York.A beautiful piece of paper engineering, when you take the card out of the envelope it opens into the 3-dimensional shape of a globe, just like those magical toys where you turn the globe upside down and then watch the snow fall on the little scene inside. (There was also that wonderful animation short a few years ago from Pixar called KnickKnack, about the snowman trying to escape from his snowglobe!)These cards come in a variety of designs. We have put together packs of 5 cards, each pack containing 5 different cards. The designs are Skating Snowman, Tree Trimming Dogs, Nativity, Polar Bears (pictured) and Penguins. Most of the designs are new for 2007.You won't want to send these cards to everyone, they are really quite special. But there is a good chance that any lucky recipient of one of these cards will still have it on their mantelpiece well after Christmas!
