A very nice mind reading trick. No magic skills required!

There are three wooden rods, red white and blue. Also a metal tube with a removeable cap at the end. Everything can be examined by the audience.

Someone places one of the wooden rods inside the metal tube, and places the cap on the end of the tube. This can even be done in another room. Yet when the metal tube is returned to you, you will instantly know which colour rod is inside the tube.

In the video, Tim is genuinely solving the problem - he does not initially know which colour rod is inside the brass tube.
