This cardboard construction kit allows you to build your own fully functioning microscope.

The cardboard sheets are pre-printed in blue and gold, and pre-cut. There is a 3 lens optical system, and with one mirror below the stage for viewing specimens using transmitted light, and another mirror above the stage for viewing with incident light, this is a flexible optical instrument that can introduce you to the world of the very small.

The microscope is designed like an old fashioned 'brass and glass' instrument. It offers 40x magnification.

You will need to provide glue. Assembly required.
