Where science meets magic and fun meets education!
Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to almost every country in the world. Enter your address details on the web site, and you should find your country listed there.

What types of payment do you accept?

You have several ways to pay for your orders.

  • If you order from the web site, you can use a credit or a debit card, and you can also use PayPal.
  • If you wish to place a large order, and want to pay by bank transfer, please e-mail us.
  • We accept purchase orders from schools and universities in the UK.

When will my order be delivered?

If your order has been received first thing in the morning, then we will try and ship the same day (Monday to Friday). Delivery time depends on the shipping method, and that depends on where you live.

Are all of your products in stock?

If an item is showing as being in stock on the web site, then it is sitting on a shelf at the warehouse, waiting to be shipped. Quite a few of our items are hand made in small quantities, so please bear with us if an item is showing as not being in stock.

Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.

We hope to be able to offer gift vouchers in the future.

Who are Grand Illusions?

We are a small mail order company, based in the UK. We have been online since 1996. The person you see on the videos is Tim Rowett, who has been collecting toys for over 30 years. He reckons he has over 25,000 toys in his collection!

Working behind the scenes are Hendrik Ball and George Auckland, who were previously educational tv producers with the BBC for many years.
